I keep hiding stuff on you guys! I’m sorry, it’s just.. well, it freaks me out when I find out that people are looking for my specific blog. Granted I shouldn’t expect any form of anonymity, but I also do not expect people to google search my full name either. Anyways!

It is time for a change. A change in what? attitude? lifestyle? habits? all of the above? hmm let’s think about this for a minute. The problem is quite simple (the solution, a bit more complex) 
But who am I? Fearful..
It had been an odd, and scary day. I had a scare this morning, that reminds me just how fragile the human body can be when not properly taken care of. I tend to forget to do that when I get busy with life, or stressed out. I know I need to take time for myself, and really need to get back into the habit of daily exercise, good nutrition and meditation, but lately the only habit I have is this blog. Which I suppose is a good start because this blog is keeping me from totally withdrawing from the world, yet in the same vein that other stuff is also important, if not more important. Well, for this particular blog, the name Jodie’s Journey is pretty much self-explanatory, but getting there is a topic on its own.
